The Chairman and Board of Directors provide the leadership, governance, and strategic oversight necessary to advance the mission of the tribal clinic and serve the best interests of the community. They are responsible for establishing organizational policies, ensuring fiscal responsibility, guiding long-term planning, and promoting high standards of healthcare services. Through informed decision-making and responsible stewardship, the Chairman and Board work to strengthen the health, well-being, and quality of life of tribal members while honoring the Tribe’s values, culture, and commitment to future generations.
