Optical Hours: 

                          M~ 11:30am – 4:30pm

                           T ~ 8am-1pm

                          W~ 11:30am -4:30pm

                          Th ~ 8am- 1pm

 

The Optical Department is for all Native American patients who can be seen at the clinic.

Who is eligible for FREE glasses:

Child 0-19 years old = 1pair per year

Full-time college Students with proof of college enrollment = 1 pair every 2 years

Turtle Mountain Enrolled Members or Descendants who are 60+ years of age = 1 pair per year.

Any Diabetic patient enrolled in the Trenton Diabetic Program = 1 pair per year.

Who is eligible for Free eye exam:

Turtle Mountain Enrolled Members/ Descendants who reside in the service area and have established proof of residency with patient registration.
