The Optical Department is for all Native American patients here at the Clinic, even Non-Native American can be seen however, they must live in a Native American Household and will be considered self-pay.

Who is eligible for FREE glasses:

Child 0-18 years old = 1pair per year

Full time college Students with proof of Collage enrollment = 1 pair every 2 years

Turtle Mountain Enrolled Members or Descendant who is 60+ years of age = 1 pair per year.

Any Diabetic patient enrolled into the Trenton Diabetic Program = 1 pair per year.

Who is eligible for Free eye exam:

Turtle Mountain Enrolled Members/ Descendants who reside in the service area and has established proof of residency with patient registration.

Any Patient Enrolled in Trenton Diabetic Program that is updated with patient registration & lives within the service area.
