Trenton Community Clinic will now be doing walk-in care every Tuesday and Thursday.

The TISA Trenton Community Clinic is implementing an ‘Appointment Reminder’ Communication System, through the Everbridge Notification Program, to assist our patients in receiving timely reminders about their appointments from the many areas of service that we offer.

You will have the option to receive messages from the following services provided by the Trenton Community Clinic:

Medical Appointments

CHR Transports

Dental

Dietitian

Diabetes

Nursing Services

Optical Dispensary

Podiatry

Radiology

For those who do not have access to the internet or do not have the necessary technical equipment such as a computer, laptop, iPad, or cell phone, and wish to sign up to receive these ‘Appointment Reminder’ notifications through your landline phone, please do not hesitate to contact our Medical Receptionist’s.

When you receive the ‘Appointment Reminder’, you will have the option to confirm or cancel your appointment. this system will continue to contact you until you receive your message regarding your appointment time. If you choose to cancel, please call the Clinic to reschedule at
